Are these ornaments glass or plastic? Why?
I chose to use plastic rather than glass because they’re less likely to suffer breakage during shipping, as well as wherever it’s displayed. Life happens. I don’t want it to happen to your ornament. The ornaments are clear, rigid, and look great. If it didn’t, I wouldn’t be using it!
How are these made?
The images you upload are optimized and printed with a color laser on 4mil transparent polyester resin material which is then cut to size and inserted in to the ornament.
What kind of images can I use?
I draw the line at kiddie porn. Your uploads can be jpeg, png, or gif files.
What’s the best way to display these ornaments?
As the ornaments are clear and your image is effectively translucent, they will look best in a lit area. Like stained glass or a sun catcher, they really shine when backlit. No string or hooks are included so you can tailor that aspect to taste.
Can I get a refund?
As these ornaments are individually made, all sales are final. I want you to be a satisfied customer and for this to be a positive experience, so if you are unsatisfied for some reason after receiving your order you can expect that we’ll resolve that amicably. Ensuring any questions or concerns are answered prior to ordering is always a good thing!
How long will I have to wait to receive them?
My goal is to have your order to you within 7 days of payment.
